Our client is working with Lucy Walker Recruitment exclusively on this brand new, rare and pivotal opportunity. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to become the indispensable partner to a dynamic CEO within a successful forward-thinking business.
You will:
- be the go-to person in the office in the absence of the CEO. There is no room to work from home due to the office presence being highly important in this position.
- be the Strategic Anchor, providing exclusive, 1:1 support to the CEO, enabling him to focus entirely on leadership and vision.
- be involved in projects from day 1 as the business is seeking to select and implement an automated minute-taking software solution. You’ll be the super-user, collaborating with IT to roll it out across the business.
- take full ownership of a complex, high-volume schedule and expertly manage dozens of critical monthly meetings and engagements.
- plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events. From intimate leadership retreats and strategy days to large-scale conferences and annual gatherings for hundreds, you will be the logistical maestro working with internal teams.
- operate with the highest level of discretion, handling confidential information with unwavering integrity.
The Person:
