We are working with a well-known and respected law firm with offices located in Leeds city centre. Looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary with a background within Litigation, this busy role will be supporting partners and fee earners across the business. Initially office based, 9-5.30 Monday- Friday, there is an opportunity to work one day from home after probation. Working in a secretarial team, key duties will involve; Typing of correspondence and documents Filing/scanning/printing Document collation Preparation of legal bundles Raising/paying invoices Receive incoming telephone calls Arrange meetings and travel for fee earners as required Prepare monthly bills and billing reports for clients Maintain an accurate filing system File closing in preparation for archiving Undertaking searches, anti-money laundering and conflict checks This is a wonderful opportunity to join a loyal team of secretaries within this law firm who offer excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.
