Legal Assistant- Litigation

We are working with a well-known and respected law firm with offices located in Leeds city centre. Looking to add a Legal Assistant to their team with development to Legal Secretary with a background within Litigation, this busy role will be supporting partners and fee earners across the business. Initially office based, 9-5.30 Monday- Friday, there is an opportunity to work one day from home after probation.

Working in a secretarial team, key duties will involve;\\n\\nTyping of correspondence and documents \\nFiling/scanning/printing\\nDocument collation\\nPreparation of legal bundles\\nRaising/paying invoices\\nReceive incoming telephone calls \\nArrange meetings and travel for fee earners as required\\nPrepare monthly bills and billing reports for clients\\nMaintain an accurate filing system\\nFile closing in preparation for archiving\\nUndertaking searches, anti-money laundering and conflict checks \\n\\nThis is a wonderful opportunity to join a loyal team of secretaries within this law firm who offer excellent benefits and opportunities for progression. The successful candidate will have;\\n\\nMinimum of 2 years legal assistant/ administration experience\\nLitigation experience\\nExperience with case management systems\\nExperience supporting a related litigation team Skills\\nExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook\\nPrioritisation and organisational skills\\nGood communication skills, written and verbal\\nFriendly and professional manner with a "can do" attitude\\nHigh standards of accuracy with attention to detail \\n\\nIf you are an experienced legal assistant with a Litigation background, please submit your CV for immediate review.
