Since launching the business during the pandemic, our client has seen consistent year on year growth within their specialist sector. Following this rapid growth and shifting market demands, they have identified a need for a newly created division which is why they seek to recruit a Senior Administrator to join their fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and thrives in a busy environment. This division works nationally, overseeing independent projects from start to finish within the construction sector. The role involves regular liaison with professionals on the ground, compliance tracking, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be supported by an existing Administrator and will report into the business owner.
- Your focus will be on driving the division forward, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry to invoice.
Duties:
- Receiving and reviewing client briefs, onboarding new clients and issuing new customer forms.
- Preparing and sending out proposal packs.
- Managing an Excel tracker for each project - from enquiry through to fulfilment, invoicing, and ongoing aftercare.
- Engaging proactively with existing and prospective clients to understand pipeline opportunities.
- Quality inbox management.
- Advertising for and networking with professionals nationwide - on the phone, via email and during virtual meetings.
- Managing compliance for both clients and customers.
- Keeping clients up to date on projects.
- Issuing contracts and tracking ongoing deadlines.
- Supporting the development of social media content for the division.
- Liaising with legal professionals and insurers as required.
The Person:
We are seeking to recruit a strong administrator who enjoys structure, process, and project tracking. However, there is also the requirement to pick up the phone, follow up on opportunities, and build relationships. You don't need to be a salesperson, but you do need to be commercially aware and proactive.

Background:
If you have an understanding of engineering, construction or property - this would be advantageous. Alternatively, a recruitment background would work well in this role - if you have tried recruitment and are looking for a change, this could be the right next move. Ideally you will have strong IT skills including familiarity with MS package, excel, canva etc.

You will have a positive outlook, be confident and friendly in your communication style and will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and external clients. You will have a high level of accuracy and the ability to follow and complete a project from start to finish.
