We are looking for an organised and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team. Our Leeds‑based client is a leading creative agency, and this position will support the team by maintaining accurate production schedules and ensuring seamless delivery from order confirmation to dispatch.

As part of the planning department, you will play a crucial role in supporting production efficiency, maintaining clear communication across teams, and helping us deliver high-quality products on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input all order and salesSeparator information accurately into planning systems and tools.
  • Work closely with production teams and department leaders to ensure all jobs are completed according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure artwork is ready to enable production to start on time.
  • Manage stock levels to support daily production needs.
  • Keep sales teams informed of progress, updates, and any issues affecting delivery timelines.
  • Ensure production departments have the necessary materials and information for the following day’s work.
  • Support efficient operations by providing clear, accurate, and timely information.
  • Build reliable, effective working relationships with production team members and other departments.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing workloads and priorities.
