We are working with a fantastic client on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a Warm lead advisor to join their team for an initial 12-month FTC. Working within a busy marketing team, the successful candidate will be making outreach calls to all warm leads and enquiries as well as managing all related administration and tracking of calls.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and happy to be on the phone to conduct these warm outreach calls. This hybrid role will involve:
- Managing all incoming leads and booking demonstrations
- Respond to all queries in line with agreed SLAs
- Acting as the 1st point of contact for all enquiries
- Keep all CRM records updated and accurate
- Provide a positive customer experience
This is a fantastic role for a proactive and friendly individual, this role will link administration and phone-based tasks and the successful candidate will be happy to be on the phones. You will be:
- Holding a minimum of 1-2 years sales or customer facing experience
- Can manage a busy workload
- Have strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
