We are working with a leading retailer and manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced and confident administrator for their busy merchandise team. This ongoing, temporary opportunity could become permanent in time. Working 9-5 Monday-Friday in this busy office setting, the successful candidate will be supported by a great team where you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks.

Duties will include:

  • Updating stock levels on CRM system
  • Liaising with stores/warehouse on stock levels
  • Ensuring all reports are up to date and loaded to portals
  • Incoming enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration support

This is a great opportunity to join a busy team within a respected brand in Leeds. This fully office-based role is ideal for a candidate who is available immediately and can commit on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years administration skills
