We are working with an exciting investment company with offices in Leeds who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team. This hybrid role would be ideal for a Marketing graduate who has successfully completed a work placement or perhaps has a minimum of 12 months work experience. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing, the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of marketing tasks and will be mentored by a fantastic leader.
Key duties will include:
- Content creation
- Designing of infographics
- Contributing to press releases
- Writing & contributing to case studies
- Stakeholder communications
- Updating the company website
- Updating marketing materials
- Managing the logistics for marketing filming projects
- Event support including venue sourcing and booking, supplier research and liaison, delegate information management
The Marketing Assistant role is a hybrid role, working Tuesday-Thursday in the office. The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 12 months' work experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience of Mailchimp & Canva
- Working knowledge of AI, ideally Claude
- Able to multitask
