Lead, Execute, Transform
This is not a back-seat strategic role. You will be at the sharp end, combining leadership with execution to deliver results. We are seeking a candidate who can lead and motivate, providing extensive line management, coaching and motivation to a high-performing team across Sales and Marketing. You will have full P&L responsibility for your channels, devising and executing plans that drive sustainable growth. - Proven leadership abilities with a passion for developing teams and fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- A "Doer" mentality with a hands-on, resilient attitude. You thrive in a full-on role, are comfortable with complexity and are motivated by solving problems directly.
- A history of commitment and delivery in previous roles, demonstrating loyalty and impact.
