We are looking for an experienced Events Specialist to join a well-established and expanding company that delivers both virtual and live events to clients worldwide. Working predominantly in the pharmaceuticals sector, you will coordinate events such as large-scale conferences, annual meetings and summit events internationally.

Role Responsibilities- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage every aspect from the initial budget to final reconciliation
- Comply with client policies, HCBI procedures, client-driven KPI’s
- Adapt working methods to stay aligned with new client requirements
- Deliver events onsite as part of the team, providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs and expectations
- Use an online registration platform (Cvent preferred) effectively, including building websites, maintaining databases and app development
- Find, research, and build relationships with suppliers to secure the perfect venue for events
- Manage team members working on projects, ensuring they are well-trained and understand their roles and responsibilities
- 3+ years within events
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in an agency environment; healthcare events knowledge is an advantage
- Passion for event management, determined, fun to work with, and a savvy thinker
- Events management degree an advantage
- Flexible, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task
- Customer service skills
- Ability to travel internationally is a must
