We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Graduate Property Executive to join a professional team based in Leeds City Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to work across residential and/or mixed-use properties in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Duties: Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and mixed-use developments in Leeds. Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors. Coordinating repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance with a proactive eye. Preparing and managing service charge budgets, ensuring full compliance. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure standards are met. Working with internal teams (legal, finance, lettings) to ensure smooth operations.
