We are recruiting for a Finance Team Supervisor to join a dynamic projects team based in Leeds. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations that support key works and projects. This will involve budgeting managing, invoicing and closing open projects. You will play a key role in mentoring and developing your team. conducting regular one to ones, managing holidays, wellbeing training and development. If you have experience leading and mentoring a team, have excellent attention to detail and have an interest or previous experience within finance please send us your CV to review. Our client does not offer Sponsorship for this role Key Responsibilities Conduct regular one to ones, appraisals, and mid-year reviews. Approve annual leave, monitor absence, and support staff wellbeing.Ensure compliance with company policies and manage day-to-day team administration. Maintain compliance with company policies around financial approvals and risk. Monitor and expedite invoicing to ensure timely revenue recognition. Liaise with Project Managers for project-related financial support. Provide support for audit processes, reconciliations, and reporting. Support wider business needs by deputising for the Project Finance Manager as required.What We\’re Looking For Proven leadership experience; Team Leader level Strong understanding of finance process, revenue recognition, and forecasting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, explain, and influence. Able to work independently while supporting team success.
