- Analyse, prioritise, and action a high-volume inbox, ensuring nothing is missed and all urgent matters are dealt with promptly.
- Attend confidential meetings, take accurate minutes, and meticulously track actions.
- Manage complex international travel logistics, ensuring seamless transitions from last meetings to departures, often at short notice.
- Work closely with the CEO’s existing Private PA, ensuring a seamless and cohesive support system between business and personal affairs.

- You are comfortable with constant change, shifting priorities, and last-minute alterations. You are solutions-oriented and remain calm under pressure.
- You are assertive yet diplomatic, with the ability to manage upwards and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to legal counsel.
- You are willing to get involved in all tasks, from complex business analysis to ensuring the CEO’s daily needs (such as lunch) are taken care of, understanding that no two days will be the same.
