Our client are a superb service and maintenance organisation based in Wakefield. We are exclusively supporting our client with their search to recruit a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join the team.
As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and organising engineers for planned and reactive maintenance:
- Schedule engineers for planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers, ensuring they have the correct job details and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed job records via CRM systems.
- Ensure urgent job changes are communicated effectively to engineers and customers.
- Work closely with the Scheduling Manager to support team improvements and process efficiencies.
