Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a Creative Coordinator; this will be a varied role. You will be responsible for supporting the MD on a one-to-one basis, organising travel, organising Visas, diary management, market research, handling contracts and supporting on set.
This is a busy and very varied role that is fast paced, requiring someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and someone who is able to think ahead.
You will provide both personal and business support within this ever-changing role, support with PR, Events, meetings, organising travel, wider business led tasks and much more!
Daily duties & responsibilities:
- Diary management, coordinating and arranging meetings, scheduling time and communicating time commitments with clarity, discussing potential changes needed.
- Inbox management, responding and managing emails, preparing documents and maintaining effective business systems.
- Communicating at all levels with clients and stakeholders, building those key relationships and being proactive to ensure seamless and clear communication.
- Organising and preparing for pitch presentations, business events β organising logistics, venues attendees etc.
- Conducting research and preparing reports, managing expenses and providing general administration and business support to the wider team.
- PR support β writing LinkedIn posts, scheduling PR posts etc.
- Personal led tasks β household management, personal errands, travel and lifestyle management. booking restaurants, accommodation and events.
What we are looking for in the right candidate:
- You may be a Graduate with a placement years\β experience working within a similar role, or a candidate with 1-3 years\β experience within a similar business support role, with transferable skills.
- You will be flexible around hours and also the travel associated with this role, which could be within the UK and Internationally.
- Excellent initiative, to work independently, look for gaps and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build those relationships being proactive in providing support to clients or stakeholders.
- Professional and able to deal with confidential information.
- A creatively led candidate with an interest in design and a natural problem solver.
- Tech proficient with experience in working with Apple products, Google Workspace, Slack, Canvas and some knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage.
