The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the guest services team at this boutique hotel in the heart of the city centre. Joining a small and supportive team, the client service support will be part of the team to welcome all guests to the hotel and ensure their stay is welcoming and enjoyable. This full-time role will involve working 1 or 2 days at the weekend and 3/4 days during the week. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and will have the experience to offer excellent customer care and administration support; duties will include:

  • Check in all guests on arrival
  • Manage all reservations
  • Updating booking systems and platforms with availability
  • Managing reception and communal areas
  • Dealing with all guest enquiries
  • Administration support; updating and generating client invoices
  • Hosting events

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with excellent client facing skills and experiences, applications would be welcome from a luxury retail or hospitality as well as a corporate office background. The ideal applicant will be:

  • Available at short notice
  • Have excellent front of house/client management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
