Credit Controller in Castleford

This national property company with offices in Castleford are seeking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis. The role is to reduce debt through engaging, customer contact via telephone and email and to update and maintain the ledger. Joining a very friendly team, the successful candidate will be involved in; Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact via telephone and email Ensure timely collection of all debts owed by customers Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate query resolution Administrative tasks as required, for example but not exhaustive: Post all receipts on to Sage, complete expected receipt sheet, maintain payment received sheet etc This Temp to Perm opportunity is ideal for a candidate who is available immediately and can commit to this long-term opportunity. Initially fully office based, there may be some flexibility once this role becomes permanent. The successful candidate must have; Minimum two years B2B credit control experience Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel Sage 200 knowledge Previous use of Credit Reference agencies GCSE Grade C or above in Maths & English ICM - desirable If you are an experienced Credit Controller and can commit to a full time, TTP opportunity, please submit your CV for review.
