Our client is seeking an experienced
Recruitment, Retention & Engagement Coordinator to join their growing organisation and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with a passion for recruitment, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Working closely with managers and key stakeholders, you will take ownership of recruitment coordination, support retention initiatives, and deliver engagement activities that enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to business success.
The Role
As the Recruitment, Retention & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience while supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for salaried and specialist vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver effective recruitment campaigns.
- Draft engaging job adverts and manage advertising across a range of recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews and support selection processes.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a positive employee experience from day one.
- Work with managers to develop initiatives that retain key talent and improve employee engagement.
- Coordinate engagement initiatives and action plans across departments.
- Organise employee recognition and reward programmes.
- Champion company values and promote a positive workplace culture.
Skills & Knowledge
- Previous experience within HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to analyse data and identify trends to support business decisions.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
- Experience coordinating employee engagement or wellbeing initiatives would be advantageous.
