Our client has a strong reputation for quality, service, and long-term partnerships. We are seeking a highly organised and experienced PA to provide direct support to the CEO & Board. This varied role combines Executive PA support to senior leaders with office management and HR administration responsibilities. This is a Fixed term Contract for 9-12 months.
- Provide high-level PA support to the CEO, Finance Director, Commercial Director, and two Joint Chairmen.
- Work closely with the CEO on governance-related administrative tasks, including the annual review of insurance policies in line with FCA requirements.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for Board members.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, sickness and holiday tracking, and onboarding new starters.
- Issue employment contracts and support induction processes.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Oversee the office budget relating to stationery, equipment, and office services.
- Liaise with the landlord regarding office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning standards.
- Organise company events, including the annual staff Christmas party.
- Oversee the smooth running of a busy office environment.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager and/or Executive PA role. Experience with HR administration and supporting HR processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
