We are working with a respected property company with offices on the outskirts of Bradford. This part time role, 3-4 days a week, is office based and is ideal for an experienced lettings and property manager who can join this small yet busy team to support and manage all landlord and tenant issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to landlord, tenant, and prospective tenant enquiries
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Assist in the full lettings process including property listings, marketing, arranging viewings, and applicant vetting
  • Prepare, issue, and manage tenancy agreements, renewals
  • Coordinate tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit registrations
  • Manage tenancy deposits
  • Collect deposits from tenants
  • Conduct regular routine property tenancy inspections
  • Produce detailed inspection reports highlighting property condition, maintenance issues, and compliance with tenancy agreements
  • Take high-quality photographs and detailed notes for landlord reports

This is a great part time opportunity for an experienced lettings and property manager to work within this stand-alone role. Supported by teams across Yorkshire you will have the autonomy to manage and drive the lettings & property team.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years property & lettings management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accounts experience
  • Be available for 4 days per week
  • Car driver and access to own vehicle
