Are you a natural leader with experience handling challenging situations? Our client are a recognised fast-food brand and seek to recruit a resilient and driven Assistant Manager to join the team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a background in managing challenging customer interactions-perhaps from hospitality, nightlife, or retail-we want to hear from you! Starting salary of £32,000 with KPI related bonus of up to £6,000 The Role: As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. From motivating a team of enthusiastic workers to delivering top-notch service to their loyal customers, you'll ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully. Lead and inspire a diverse team, gaining their respect and buy-in. Manage shifts and operational tasks to maintain excellent service standards. Handle customer interactions with warmth and professionalism. Drive staff training and development, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Assist in business growth by maintaining high standards of efficiency, service, and profitability.The Person: Experience in customer-facing roles where you've dealt with challenging clientele (e.g., bars, pubs, nightclubs, or fast-paced retail) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Resilience under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset Ambition to grow-with structured training and performance-based bonuses, your earnings could rise significantly within this organisation. You must be a car driver due to the location of the site.
