Job Description
Duties are varied and responsibilities will include;\\n\\nManage all team diaries\\nMaking room bookings\\nCoordinating work loads\\nBooking all team travel & accommodation\\nAnswer all incoming team calls\\nMeet & greet all visitors to site\\nSupport with the preparation and execution of events \\n\\nThis is an ongoing, temporary role and will require the successful candidate to be able to commit on an ongoing basis, working 8.30-5 Monday- Friday, the successful candidate will be;\\n\\nAvailable immediately\\n1-2 years administration experience\\nExcellent communication skills\\nStrong attention to detail \\nProficient in all MS Office packages \\n\\nIf you are available immediately and can commit to this ongoing, temporary role please submit your CV for review.
