We are recruiting exclusively for our Leeds based client, a dynamic Creative Merchandise Agency, for an ambitious and enthusiastic career driven Account Manager to join their team.
As an Account Manager, you will join a fast-paced lively team with responsibility for managing key client accounts for the business. You will attend and lead on new client meetings, working strategically with clients to develop relationships and maximise the overall ROI, proactively managing the full end to end process.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who ideally comes from an apparel background, buying or fashion wholesale.
You will be driven and focused within your approach, a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with ease, with the ability to lead at face-to-face meetings.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a sales strategy to nurture existing clients
- Effectively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Identify key trends; industry knowledge of new products/brands and market availability
- Main point of contact for all enquiries
- Provide quotes process orders and deliver end to end care for all accounts in your remit
- Manages customer projects from initial brief to delivery
- Routinely conduct external meetings
- Manage forecasting; ROI and identify areas of opportunity
Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience working within apparel; as a buyer, merchandiser or within wholesale
- Previous experience as an Account Manager; end to end service
- Professional communicator
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost and profit.
- Proactive and ability to drive results
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
