Report Writing: Undertaking reviews and writing clear, accurate reports to be presented to clients. Client Meetings: Attending client meetings (both in person and virtually) to provide support, take notes, and help present findings. Claims & Underwriting: Managing medical claims and assisting with medical underwriting processes on behalf of clients. Data Analysis: Reviewing, analysing, and organising employee, company, and benefits data, often using spreadsheets (Excel) and internal systems. Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing professional relationships with product providers to fully understand their propositions and how they benefit clients. Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with industry developments and changes in legislation that impact clients, ensuring the team remains compliant and knowledgeable.
