The Role: We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to two senior Directors. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of their professional lives, with a particular emphasis on navigating the complexities of a regulated financial environment. Your ability to manage sensitive information, understand compliance deadlines, and operate with the utmost professionalism will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive and sophisticated management of complex diaries, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
- A core part of this role involves providing dedicated support within a compliance setting. This includes:
- Assisting with the preparation and formatting of reports for the FCA and other regulatory bodies.
- Helping to track and manage compliance deadlines, training records, and regulatory correspondence.
- Preparing documentation for internal compliance committees and meetings.
- To excel in this role, you will be an accomplished PA with a proven track record in a demanding and professional environment.
- Proven experience as a PA or Senior Administrator supporting at Director-level or above.
- Direct experience working within an FCA-regulated environment (Financial Services).
- Previous experience supporting a director or team in a compliance-related setting is essential. You must understand the importance of confidentiality and regulatory deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
