We are working with a national organisation with offices on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a temporary HR Advisor to join their team for a remote role to help through a busy period. This full-time role is to start immediately and would be ideal for an experienced HR Advisor who can "hit the ground running".
Working on key projects, the successful candidate will be managing and supporting the team with a high volume of cases relating to several people related issues. You will also be supporting with a key TUPE project over the coming months.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload
- Reviewing cases, highlighting areas of action
- Reviewing employee requests relating to hours etc.
- Supporting with TUPE
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be available immediately and be able to commit to this short-term role. There is a degree of flexibility, and this may appeal to someone on a remote level, but offices are Leeds based and access is very welcome.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years HR Advisor level experience
- Be available immediately
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
