The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position that blends client communication, sales support, and administration. Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Manager, you'll keep sales activity moving by:
- Researching and identifying new prospects
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Following up on enquiries and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring the team has the information and support they need to win and retain business
You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the company, responding to routine client queries, arranging follow-ups, and spotting opportunities where additional products or services could add value. As you grow in confidence, you'll also receive full training on the company's additional software and will help deliver online product demonstrations to prospective clients.
