Overview:
Are you a confident and experienced account manager ready to lead high-profile client relationships in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Retail Packaging Artwork Account Manager to take the reins of a dynamic retail account, acting as the key contact and escalation point for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery of services, driving continuous improvement, and nurturing strong, trusted partnerships. You’ll also oversee and support a remote Project Management team, ensuring effective workload allocation, performance development, and best-practice execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day lead and escalation point for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to support the delivery and evolution of service provision.
- Line manage a team of remote Project Managers, ensuring workload is balanced and performance is developed and supported.
- Oversee planning and delivery of high-profile or "at risk" projects, providing hands-on support where needed.
- Ensure project delivery meets high standards and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Own all regular client reporting and communication including weekly updates, monthly financial checks/invoicing, and quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Client Services to identify opportunities to grow and evolve the account.
- Provide cover for other Account Managers and gain a working knowledge of the Head of Client Services' responsibilities for additional support.
