The Role:

• As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Manage shifts and operational tasks to maintain excellent service standards.

The Person:

• Experience in customer-facing roles where you've dealt with challenging clientele (e.g., bars, pubs, nightclubs, or fast-paced retail).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Resilience under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset.
