We are working with a property company in Leeds city centre who are looking for an Experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team, working 15 hours a week (over 2 full days or 3 short days) to cover a maternity for 13 months.
The successful candidate will lend their skills across invoicing to purchase orders, working within a small and friendly team. The role will involve:
- Managing the finance inbox, actioning queries, and emails
- Processing incoming purchase orders
- Requesting PO Numbers
- Raising and completing monthly sales invoicing
- Monitoring outstanding payments and actively chasing debtors to ensure timely collection
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings for employees
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Maintaining company vehicle records
