Commercial Development Manager Leeds City Centre | £35,000-£38,000 + uncapped commission | OTE £50,000+ We're working with a growing flexible workspace business that is looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join its Leeds team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of sales, building relationships and, importantly, winning new business. You'll be responsible for driving revenue across a portfolio of workspaces, working with both new and existing clients and looking for opportunities to grow the business. The role You'll take ownership of the sales process, from generating and following up leads through to negotiating and closing deals. You'll build relationships with prospective clients, brokers and internal teams, while keeping a close eye on the pipeline and making sure revenue targets are being met. There's a good mix of finding new opportunities, converting existing leads and looking for ways to grow existing client relationships. You'll also have responsibility for pricing, forecasting and keeping on top of what's happening in the local market.
