You will become a trusted point of contact for your clients, anticipating their needs, making thoughtful recommendations and creating a genuinely personalised experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through a personalised and consultative approach.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment.

- Maintain accurate client records and conduct proactive follow-up communications.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Passion for luxury products and exceptional service standards.
