We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Multimedia Designer to join our expanding team.
This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll create engaging content across design, photography, video, email, and digital channels — playing a key part in bringing campaigns and product launches to life. What You’ll Be Doing
Design & Creative Content
- Create high-quality assets for website banners, landing pages, social media, and paid ads
- Support campaign launches and seasonal promotions
- Ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with marketing goals
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Design and build visually engaging email campaigns
- Develop reusable templates and optimise performance through design improvements
Photography & Content Creation
- Capture product and lifestyle photography and video
- Edit and retouch visuals to a professional standard
- Produce content across web, email, and social channels
Website & Campaign Support
- Upload and manage website content and imagery
- Support campaign rollouts and product launches
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and conversion-focused
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a multimedia, design, or content-focused role
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with product photography, video, and image editing
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo
- A good understanding of digital marketing and content performance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable
- Experience in e-commerce or retail
- Basic video or short-form content creation
- Understanding of customer journeys and online conversion
