Bring art to life for our customers and lead a team at the heart of Lucy Pittaway Ltd’s gallery network. We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Keswick Gallery, one of six across the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a thriving retail space for an award-winning art business and help customers discover pieces they’ll treasure for years to come.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your gallery team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales targets.
- Inspire customers with expert, friendly consultations on original artwork, prints, and merchandise.
- Grow your gallery’s success by building a loyal client base and spotting new sales opportunities.
- Keep the gallery looking its best, ensuring artwork and displays are presented to the highest standard.
- Support events and initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Full training on our products and systems will be provided. We just need your retail expertise, motivation, and enthusiasm.
About You
- A natural people person; friendly, confident, and engaging.
- Experienced in retail management, ideally with a track record of driving sales.
- Comfortable leading from the front, whether chatting with customers or motivating your team.
- Organised, flexible, and happy to work weekends and occasional evenings for events.
- Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences – art knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
