We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business from our Sheffield HQ. You'll have responsibility across stock and supplier management, warehouse and fulfilment, wholesale orders, our US 3PL and the day-to-day management of the team. This is a hands-on management role. We're looking for someone who can keep the operation running smoothly, implement strong processes, anticipate problems before they happen and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and work alongside the team when needed. Key Responsibilities Stock Supplier Management Take ownership of stock levels, forecasting requirements and placing purchase orders with UK and overseas suppliers. Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, lead times, delays and product requirements. Maintain accurate stock records, monitor incoming deliveries and identify potential stock issues early.
