A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Strategist with strong experience in place, property or development-focused work to join a highly respected creative studio on a freelance basis. Strategists who understand how places, developments and brands connect with audiences and communities will thrive in this role. You’ll be working closely with creative and leadership teams to shape brand positioning, place strategies and narratives across a range of high-profile projects within the property, mixed-use and cultural sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing brand strategies, positioning frameworks and place visions
- Translating research, insights and market dynamics into clear strategic direction
- Creating compelling strategic narratives, brand platforms and storytelling
- Leading and participating in client workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Presenting strategic thinking confidently to senior stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with design and client services teams
