Lucy is partnering with a leading, international branding agency who are looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to elevate their creative output through the power of moving image, for use at events, online, and for branding and presentations.
This role is for someone who knows how to make brands move - crafting high-quality motion graphics that elevate visual identity and bring creative concepts to life across advertising, digital content, events, and presentations.
The ideal candidate will be conceptually driven, passionate about design, and able to produce both still and animated elements that connect creatively and strategically.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality motion graphics for advertising, online content, event branding, and presentations.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand and systems, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with senior creatives from concept to final delivery, solving problems and finding innovative design solutions within tight deadlines.
- Design and animate graphic elements that align with brand standards and enhance storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, technologies, and motion techniques.
- Support internal departments and maintain studio standards for brand assets, file management, and collaboration with freelancers.
- Maintain a fresh and conceptual approach to design rather than relying on repetition.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing high-quality still and motion design across multiple media.
- Proven experience in advertising, online content, event branding, and presentation design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of 3D compositing in After Effects and Cinema 4D is advantageous.
- Strong eye for layout, animation nuance, and typography.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, positive team player who can also work autonomously under pressure.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for pushing design boundaries.
