The Role
As a Senior FMCG Packaging Designer, you will:
- Originate concepts across a wide range of touchpoints and channels.
- Champion the consumer experience, translating strategic thinking into compelling and relevant design outcomes.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, building trust and pushing the creative boundaries.
- Collaborate closely across disciplines, ensuring ideas are executed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
- Contribute to presentations and visuals – whether hand-rendered, digital or built in Adobe Creative Suite – to communicate your vision effectively.
- Bring a curious, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for creative innovation and craft.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of global design experience within branding, packaging, and brand world creation.
- Proven FMCG packaging expertise across major consumer brands.
- A strategic mindset and strong conceptual ability, paired with top-tier execution skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates impactful, crafted design with commercial relevance.
- A confident, articulate communicator, both with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and more.
