🚀 Senior Creative Retoucher 📍 London | Studio-based A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Creative Retoucher with extensive FMCG packaging experienc e to join a busy, established creative studio . This is a highly specialist role for someone who combine s exceptional creative retouching skills with strong technical knowledge of colour, repro and print producti on. You'll need a particularly strong understanding of food and beverage imagery, including the ability to create beautifully realistic compositions from multiple photographic element s. You'll remain very hands-on while also acting as a senior member of the team, supporting other retouchers, maintaining quality standards and helping ensure imagery remains consistent across large packaging rang es. What you'll be d oing• Creating high-end imagery and complex compositions for FMCG packa ging• Retouching and combining food, ingredients and product photography to create natural, realistic serving suggest ions• Working confidently with light, shadow, perspective and colour to produce convincing finished ima gery• Colour correcting and preparing imagery with consideration for print and production requirem ents• Evaluating creative concepts and identifying opportunities to enhance imagery through retouc hing• Maintaining visual consistency across large product ranges and multiple SKUs• Working closely with design, artwork and production teams to resolve technical imaging challe nges• Managing a high volume of projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to de tail• Supporting and mentoring other retouchers and sharing technical expertise across the team• Acting as a senior point of contact for retouching projects when requ ired What they're lookin g for• 5+ years' professional creative retouching exper ie nce• Strong FMCG packaging experience, ideally across food and/or beverage b rands• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end creative and technical retou ching• Advanced Adobe Photoshop s kills• Excellent comping skills, particularly combining ingredients and food imagery into realistic composi tions• Strong understanding of light, shadow, perspective, colour correction and image qu ality• Good technical understanding of colour separation, print and repro require ments• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across large packaging r anges• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume creative enviro nment• Previous experience mentoring or supporting other retou chers• Digital photography experience would be advanta geous Why this role is ex citing✨ Work on high-quality FMCG packaging and consumer brands✨ Combine creative image-making with sophisticated technical reto uching✨ Take a senior role within an experienced creativ e team✨ Influence quality standards while remaining hands-on crea tively✨ Work across varied, challenging imagery where exceptional craft really m atters 📩 If this sounds like you, let's talk.
