As a Creative Artworker, you will:

- Adapt master designs into artwork templates that balance design intent with production practicality.
- Take ownership of building final artwork from approved concepts through to press-ready files.

- Work closely with design, artwork and retouching teams to ensure visuals are technically sound and visually consistent.
- Support the studio across design and artwork tasks.
- Take part in range reviews and be accountable for file accuracy, quality, and version control.
- Troubleshoot and flag any limitations or production issues that may affect design integrity.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Solid studio experience as a packaging artworker or designer, ideally in FMCG.
- Expertise in packaging artwork production and a deep understanding of print processes and technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, colour separation, spot colour channels, and final file setup.
- Experience handling complex product ranges with a large number of SKUs.
- A meticulous eye for detail—across photography, typography, layout and technical execution.
- Confidence in adapting designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- A calm, collaborative approach and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Attributes We Value:
- Reliable, conscientious, and highly organised, with a “can-do” mindset.
- Strong communicator who works well within cross-functional teams.
- Curious, precise, and always pushing for the best solution.
- Professional, friendly, and adaptable when priorities shift.
