A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Midweight Designer with strong branding and communications experience to join a highly respected creative studio.

A Designer who enjoys developing brand identities, campaigns and visual communication systems will thrive in this role. You'll be working across a diverse range of sectors and projects, helping to create distinctive brand experiences and campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand identity and communications concepts from insight through to execution
  • Create engaging visual solutions across digital, print and campaign channels
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers and client teams to bring ideas to life
  • Support the development of creative concepts and brand worlds
  • Present ideas and design rationale internally and to clients
  • Contribute to campaign development and brand activation projects
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all stages of delivery
  • Help mentor and support more junior team members where appropriate
  • Explore new creative approaches and design trends to elevate project work

Qualifications

  • Around 3-5 years’ experience within a branding, design or creative agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and communications work
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience creating work across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skillsCollaborative approach and positive team attitude
  • Motion design knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
