A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Midweight Designer with a strong packaging portfolio to join a well-established creative studio specialising in FMCG brand and packaging design.

A Designer who understands how packaging needs to stand out on shelf and perform in retail environments will thrive in this role. You will be working within a collaborative creative team delivering packaging solutions across food, beverage and wider consumer product categories, supporting projects from concept development through to refined design routes.

  • Developing creative packaging design concepts across multiple product categories
  • Translating client briefs into strong, commercially effective design solutions
  • Creating and refining design routes including typography, layout, colour and visual assets
  • Working closely with senior creatives and account teams to develop design work
  • Refining concepts based on feedback to achieve the strongest creative outcome
  • Ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines and technical packaging requirements
  • Contributing ideas in design reviews, brainstorming sessions and project briefings

Experience within a design agency or packaging-focused environment:
