  • You’ll modernise creative processes, embed efficient workflows, and champion innovation, while maintaining absolute rigour around craft, detail, and delivery.
  • You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, client services, and production teams, acting as the creative authority and representing design at leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal creative presentations and agency-wide sessions.
  • Present work confidently to senior clients and retail stakeholders.
  • Represent the creative function at senior leadership level.

Role Requirements

  • A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, brand storytelling, and strategic thinking.
  • Expert understanding of print processes.
  • Advanced, hands-on skills in Photoshop, retouching, and design refinement.
  • Knowledge of 3D, digital, or tech-led design to complement core packaging expertise.
  • Comfortable implementing modern design systems and AI-driven processes.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and obsessively detail-focused.
  • Confident presenting creative work to world-leading retailers.
