An internationally recognised brand consultancy is seeking a Creative Director to lead a flagship global FMCG portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a creative who thrives on shaping brands at scale, building powerful brand worlds and activating them dynamically across both physical and digital touchpoints. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategic thinking, cultural relevance, and executional excellence.

We’re looking for a leader who combines vision with rigour, someone confident guiding global brand ecosystems while ensuring every activation, campaign, and experience feels distinctive, cohesive, and commercially impactful.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of creative direction across a multi-brand consumer portfolio distributed across international markets. Your remit will extend beyond traditional brand and packaging work into immersive brand world activation spanning retail environments, experiential moments, content ecosystems, digital platforms, and technology-enabled storytelling. From real-world executions to digitally amplified experiences, you’ll ensure creative ideas translate seamlessly across channels.

This role demands a creative leader who can build senior client trust, identify growth opportunities, and elevate standards — while fostering an environment where teams produce culturally sharp, strategically grounded work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve creative direction across a global FMCG portfolio
  • Lead the development of integrated brand worlds activated across retail, experiential, digital and content platforms
  • Ensure cohesion between physical execution and digital amplification
  • Inspire multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and production
  • Drive innovation across modern content creation, including emerging AI-enabled workflows
  • Strengthen senior client partnerships and expand strategic engagement
  • Maintain high creative standards across multiple concurrent workstreams
