Lucy is on the lookout for a Design Director with a passion for drinks brand worlds to lead exciting creative projects and drive exceptional results for a top London-based design agency. The role requires a commitment of 3 days a week in the office. This role offers the opportunity to guide clients and oversee diverse projects, supported by a dynamic and collaborative team. We’re searching for someone with a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, and a knack for inspiring others. As a Design Director, you will:

  • Partner with Creative Directors to set and uphold high creative standards across the team.
  • Take ownership of key clients and projects, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
  • Develop and present strategically sound solutions that meet and exceed client briefs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely to understand and exceed their expectations.
  • Play an active, hands-on role in the design process, setting the creative bar for the team.
  • Guide projects from concept to execution, ensuring collaboration with production teams.
  • Provide clear creative direction and ensure projects progress smoothly, in alignment with timelines and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with planners to translate strategy into actionable and impactful design briefs.
