We're working with an established independent creative consultancy that is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of a busy creative studio, ensuring projects are resourced effectively, processes run smoothly, and teams are set up for success. You'll work closely with creative, strategy and client services teams, overseeing studio operations, resource planning and workflow, while helping to foster a collaborative and positive studio culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the creative studio.
  • Manage resource planning and project allocation.
  • Coordinate freelance bookings and supplier relationships.
  • Optimise studio processes and workflows.
  • Support creative, strategy and client services teams.
  • Monitor studio capacity and project schedules.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Studio Manager or Creative Operations Manager within a creative agency.
