This is a senior leadership opportunity for an exceptional Creative Director to define and elevate creative standards across high-volume FMCG and private label packaging. The role blends creative vision, hands-on craft, and operational leadership. You’ll set the creative direction, inspire and lead a multidisciplinary design team, and ensure all work meets the highest standards of creativity, precision, and consistency, while performing effectively in real-world retail environments. The Role
- You’ll take ownership of creative output across all clients, categories, and markets, defining what “excellent” looks like and ensuring it’s delivered consistently.
- You’ll modernise creative processes, embed efficient workflows, and champion innovation, while maintaining absolute rigour around craft, detail, and delivery.
- You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, client services, and production teams, acting as the creative authority and representing design at leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall creative vision and standards.
- Inspire, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Maintain world-class quality across packaging, branding, print, and artwork.
- Oversee colour, repro, and retouching quality across large SKU volumes.
- Drive efficiency through improved systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain creative talent; manage performance where required.
- Collaborate with client service and production teams to ensure delivery is on time and on brief.
- Lead internal creative presentations and agency-wide sessions.
- Present work confidently to senior clients and retail stakeholders.
