The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

To support the effective management of the accounts receivable function by ensuring the accurate processing and allocation of customer cash receipts, maintaining customer credit controls, resolving invoice and payment queries, and proactively managing debt collection activities. The role is responsible for safeguarding cash flow through credit risk assessment, account reconciliation, customer account maintenance, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with internal teams to manage customer credit limits and overdue accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions Management: Maintain and update the financial transaction records within the organization's established systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
  • Organizational Risk Management: Gather, monitor, and analyze risk data and recommend further investigation.
  • Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
  • Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
  • Data Management: Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment.
  • Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
  • Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education
  • General Experience Requirement: Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months)
  • Managerial Experience Requirement: Very limited (0 to 3 months)
