Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping colleagues get the most from it? A fast-growing international engineering business is seeking an IT End User Support Specialist to join their team. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure colleagues can fully leverage hardware, software, applications, and devices to work efficiently and effectively, while delivering an excellent user experience.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, with a half-day on Fridays (finishing at lunchtime).
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality IT support to colleagues across the business.
- Be a key point of contact for IT queries and troubleshooting.
- Resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and administration of IT systems, networks, and devices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SCCM or Intune.
- Confident administering and maintaining networks.
- Experience with a variety of hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL V3 or V4 certification is desirable).
- Proficient in O365 and Microsoft operating systems.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange.
