Lucy Group is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and pro-active Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to join our team in central Oxford. Being a team player is one of the most important aspects of this role as well as organising, planning and supporting our stakeholders and future talent in the interviewing process. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and communicate effectively to all levels of the business.
As the Talent Acquisition Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with the various business units in the UK to deliver effective recruitment support to the business. Your role will work in parallel with the Group Talent Partner for the UK to support all levels of recruitment scheduling and delivery.
The role will be hybrid and based in Oxford/Thame, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner.
Key Accountabilities:- Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all interviews including interview location, room reservations, directions, calendar invitations, etc.
- Provide an excellent candidate, client, and stakeholder experience.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates for specialist roles.
- Liaise with managers on requirements, candidates and interview feedback.
- Draft and edit job descriptions and adverts.
- Manage vacancies through our applicant tracking system.
- Provide feedback to applicants including telephone and e-mail rejections.
- Review CVs and arrange, track and pass on tests and interviews.
- Provide hiring managers with support surrounding the recruitment life-cycle, including interview coordination, diary management and candidate management.
- Schedule complex, high-volume interviews: phone screens, video conferencing, psychometric aids, presentations and on-site interviews.
- Support our Early Talent/Campus team during peak season, September – November, which includes job postings and campus event coordination.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication and team-working.
- Excellent English grammar and spelling.
- Excellent initiative, self-motivation, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good use of MS Office Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Good attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Methodical, organised and able to remain calm under pressure.
